Parmesan Cheese Bread

- 1/2 cup milk, heated to 110 F shopping list
- 1 packet yeast or 2 1/2 teaspoons shopping list
- 2 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 6 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Combine milk, yeast, and 1 cup of the flour. Set aside.
- In a food processor combine butter, cheese, salt and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs, one a time, mixing well after each one.
- Add remaining flour and milk/yeast/flour mixture. Pulse until combined, then mix continuously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Turn out onto floured board and lightly fold over itself a few times. The dough will be soft and sticky, handle lightly.
- Place into well greased 8-9 inch round pan.
- Oil top and cover, let rise for about an hour, or until doubled in size.
- Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Cover top loosely with foil if it starts to get too brown.
