Easy Pancake Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Whisk together pancake mix, water and egg until no lumps remain. Stir in maple syrup.
  • Line muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Fill each muffin cup about halfway up with mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes or until done.
  • Makes 12 muffins.

    I added 3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and used milk instead of water...and added some mini chocolate chips. IIt came out AWESOME :)) everyone loved it !!!

    This is basically muffin-shaped pancake without butter. If you are looking for a good muffin, don't even try because it was terrible. It's not fluffy, not tasty, but just easy.

    I added 1/3 cup of applesauce & a splash of vanilla to the recipe. The applesauce added moisture & I got a dozen in total. I told everyone to drizzle maple syrup over the top & microwave - got a thumbs up : )

    Terrible just terrible. A desert has more moisture than these. No taste, I tried adding pb and j, syrup, and powdered sugar and it only helped a little. Never make them again.

    These were too dry as is. I tried adding 1/4 cup canola oil, 1/4 cup dry buttermilk powder, milk instead of the water. Pretty good. Next time would add cinnamon and vanilla.
