Ingredients

1 lb of Smoked Sausage

1 lb of Smoked Tasso

1 med onion

1/2 cup of green onions

1/2 cup of parsely

4 sliced japaleno peppers

2 tsp of Slap Yo Mama

just a little (1 tlbsp)Cooking Oil

water

One Black Cast Iron Pot

Directions

Slice up your sausage and tasso

chop up your onions and pasely and japaleno peppers

Put Oil into pot get it hot to brown sausage and tasso.

then add onions, peppers. parsely

saute' around til they are getting the same color as you meat.

now add your slap yo mama

stir some more......

then add your water put a lid on it an let it cook for about 1 hour.

keep adding water if needed.....

If not thick enough looks to watery add some Wonder Shake and Blende or just self risen flour with warm water or your favorite thickner. but don't over put .....

Serve on Rice , mash potatoes, Grits,...with a biscuit......yum yum
