Glazed Parsnips with apples and orange

- 1 lb. of parsnips, peeled and cut in 3 inch chunks shopping list
- 2 apples, peeled cored and cut in 8 wedges shopping list
- 1 large orange, sliced unpeeled, cut the larger slices in half shopping list
- 4 tbsp of butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of dried tarragon leaves shopping list
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar (or brown sugar Splenda) shopping list
- 3 tbsp of fresh squeezed orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Butter a baking dish.
- Prep veggies and fruit.
- Melt butter with sugar, tarragon and orange juice add this to the fruit and parsnips.
- Stir well to coat.
- Pile into baking dish, bake covered 30 minutes.
- Stir ocassionally.
- Uncover and bake another 15 minutes longer to glaze the vegetables.
- Baste with juices and serve.
