How to make it

  • In a saucepan saute celery and onion in the butter until tender.
  • Add in the shred chicken, soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Stir together and add in the milk and the cheddar cheese.
  • Depending on how thick you like your soup to be you may choose to add a bit more water OR a tad bit more milk (for an even creamier consistency).
  • Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
