How to make it

  • Start off preheating your oven to 450
  • Brown the ground beef , onion, garlic, and dried rosemary in a large skillet.
  • Toss in the cream of mushroom soup when ground beef is all nice and brown.
  • Stir in a cup of cheddar cheese
  • Once cheese is melted into mixture, spread into a buttered up casserole dish.
  • Evenly place tater tots on top.
  • Bake for 30-45 min.
  • Add the other cup of cheese, and continue to bake for about 5-10 min, or how ever you like your cheese, ie; melty; shorter time, crispy; longer time.
