Ingredients

3# fresh kielbasa, cut in pieces

1 - 48oz bottle ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed (it didn't specify - but I used dark)

1 large onion, coarsely chopped

1 pint of Jim Beam

Directions

Place kielbasa in crock pot.

In a bowl whisk ketchup, liquor, and sugar together well.

Stir onions in ketchup mixture.

Pour mixture over kielbasa.

Cook for 4 - 6 hours on low to medium heat.
