How to make it

  • With alittle oil saute ginger, garlic and chilli
  • add clams, stir, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar cover for 3 minutes, stir
  • add salt and pepper, keep stirring until most of the clams open,
  • add basil, stir, turn off heat
  • serve
  • ps: it is important not to over cook the clams
