Chinese Clams Stir Fry With Basil

- 500 grams of clams shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic, sliced shopping list
- 1 piece of ginger, sliced shopping list
- 1 chilli, sliced shopping list
- pinch of salt & pepper shopping list
- 2 tbs of soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs of oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of chinese black vinegar shopping list
- lot's of basil shopping list
How to make it
- With alittle oil saute ginger, garlic and chilli
- add clams, stir, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar cover for 3 minutes, stir
- add salt and pepper, keep stirring until most of the clams open,
- add basil, stir, turn off heat
- serve
- ps: it is important not to over cook the clams
