Green Olive Cheese Puffs Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 lb butter

48 pimiento green olives- drained, patted dry

1 cup flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Put cheese and butter in food processor – blend until smooth.

Add flour and mix well.

Roll out to1/4-inch thickness.

Cut dough in 2 inch squares.

Wrap each square around olive – sealing seams.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.
