Green Olive Cheese Puffs

Great finger food for any event.
Ingredients
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 lb butter shopping list
- 48 pimiento green olives- drained, patted dry shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Put cheese and butter in food processor – blend until smooth.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Roll out to1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut dough in 2 inch squares.
- Wrap each square around olive – sealing seams.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.

I have been looking for this recipe for years. Thank you so much for sharing. Someone made these for a cookout and I was unable to get them to share the secret. ( I think I ate the whole batch-- with a Martini of course)
