Ingredients
  • 1 cup coarsely ground dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 skinless haddock fillets
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 cups water

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a small bowl combine crumbs, almonds, butter and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. If necessary, add extra butter to hold crumbs together.
  5. Coat fish with flour, shaking off excess.
  6. Place fillets in a baking pan large enough to hold them in a single layer.
  7. Spread mayonnaise over the entire surface of fish.
  8. Cover evenly with crumb mixture lightly pressing into the fish.
  9. Carefully pour water around the fish.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
