Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a small bowl combine crumbs, almonds, butter and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • If necessary, add extra butter to hold crumbs together.
  • Coat fish with flour, shaking off excess.
  • Place fillets in a baking pan large enough to hold them in a single layer.
  • Spread mayonnaise over the entire surface of fish.
  • Cover evenly with crumb mixture lightly pressing into the fish.
  • Carefully pour water around the fish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
