Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rub seasoning into cutlets according to personal taste.
  • In shallow dish beat eggs and then dip cutlets in.
  • Bread dipped cutlets with breadcrumbs.
  • Place cutlets in pan over medium heat with enough oil to coat bottom of cutlets.
  • Brown until cooked through turning as needed.
  • When done put onto dishes.
  • For Gravy:
  • While meat is browning, saute bacon, tomato paste, and mushrooms until warm over low heat. (we use a 3:2 ratio of bacon and mushrooms but put as much as you like in)
  • Kick heat up a little and add wine, water, and seasonings stirring occassionally. (if you need to add more wine- go for it! - as long as it's heated for awhile the wine really brings out the gravys flavor)
  • Remove from heat and spoon onto schnitzel. (sauce will be thick)
  • Eat and Enjoy!

This sounds really good. I think I will try it with sliced pork tenderloin.
