If you enjoy your chicken spicy, then you will enjoy this.. i found this online somewhere and its a favorite, i tone down the cayenne a bit when i make it for others, but otherwise.. we love it hot.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced celery
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Coating: Blend 1/2 cup milk and one egg together in a pie pan; set aside.
  2. Rinse and pat dry 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; set aside.
  3. Combine all coating ingredients. Add one cup coating mix to a plastic ziplock plastic bag, or a large bowl.
  4. Dip chicken breasts into milk mixture. Add to coating mix, 1 piece at a time. Arrange chicken in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375F until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork, about one hour.
