How to make it

  • Coating: Blend 1/2 cup milk and one egg together in a pie pan; set aside.
  • Rinse and pat dry 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; set aside.
  • Combine all coating ingredients. Add one cup coating mix to a plastic ziplock plastic bag, or a large bowl.
  • Dip chicken breasts into milk mixture. Add to coating mix, 1 piece at a time. Arrange chicken in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375F until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork, about one hour.
