How to make it

  • Separate onions into rings.
  • Heat 1/2 cup well-shaken dressing in a large skillet. Add onions and oregano.
  • Saute over low heat until onions are transparent, stirring often. Add remaining dressing and green pepper, stirring.
  • Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover skillet for 1 minute and let stand with heat off. Serve with pancake turner, cheese side up.
