How to make it

  • Combine the water and rice in a small pot.
  • Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, a splash of oil, and a small cap full of white vinegar.
  • Bring to a boil. Stir. Lower to a simmer and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked but still a little sticky.
  • Meanwhile, cut the cucumber, avocado and sea legs into bite sized chunks.
  • When the rice is ready, assemble the plate.
  • Place each of the ingredients in little piles on the plate.
  • Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds.
  • Eat by putting one of each of the bites on your fork and adding a dash of soy sauce.
  • Tastes just like a California Roll.
