No Roll California Roll

- 1 cucumber shopping list
- 1 avocado shopping list
- 1 pack of sea legs chunks (or cooked crab chunks) shopping list
- 1 cup white rice shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the water and rice in a small pot.
- Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, a splash of oil, and a small cap full of white vinegar.
- Bring to a boil. Stir. Lower to a simmer and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked but still a little sticky.
- Meanwhile, cut the cucumber, avocado and sea legs into bite sized chunks.
- When the rice is ready, assemble the plate.
- Place each of the ingredients in little piles on the plate.
- Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds.
- Eat by putting one of each of the bites on your fork and adding a dash of soy sauce.
- Tastes just like a California Roll.
