How to make it

  • Beat the egg with a fork and add feta and press with fork until cheese melts and all the egg is absorbed.
  • Add pepper and dried mint (about a teaspoonful).
  • Mix them well.
  • Cut your phyllo sheets in about 11/2 – 2 inches wide stripes.
  • Place a teaspoonful of cheese and fold into a triangle.
  • Continue folding going back and forth until the end of stripe.
  • Fry in hot oil but careful because they may easily burn.

    Aaah !! Grand sounding receipe .. I like something real crisp on cold, wet days like this one .. will have a go at this.
