Ingredients

1 egg

1 piece of feta cheese

phyllo

mint

pepper

Olive oil for frying

Directions

Beat the egg with a fork and add feta and press with fork until cheese melts and all the egg is absorbed.

Add pepper and dried mint (about a teaspoonful).

Mix them well.

Cut your phyllo sheets in about 11/2 – 2 inches wide stripes.

Place a teaspoonful of cheese and fold into a triangle.

Continue folding going back and forth until the end of stripe.

Fry in hot oil but careful because they may easily burn.
