Love this served over noodles, it's quick and easy when your in a hurry for something. Would also be good with boneless skinless chicken breast. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 packet Shake 'N Bake Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
  2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on
  3. package. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  4. PLACE chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. BAKE 15 min. or until cooked through (160°F).
  6. Top chops evenly with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake an additional 10 min. or until sauce is heated through and cheese is melted.

Pork rules! This is great! Putting chops on my list for after Christmas.... Not fried.. these will be better for our waist lines!
