How to make it

  • Combine all in a 9x13 baking pan and cover tight with foil. Place in a preheated 350 oven for 2 hours-do not uncover. Let sit for 5 minutes. after removing from the oven.

    I made this for dinner last night and it was wonderful. The chicken just fell off the bone it was so tender and the rice was soooooooooo creamy! I served this with mixed veggies. Great and easy casserole. Remember, DONT PEEK :) :)

    Good recipe, and so easy. I like the addition of the onion soup mix. Have made it without it, so now I will try it soon with the onion soup mix! Thanks.
