Ingredients

3lbs. chicken pieces

1c. rice

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can water

1 pkg. onion soup mix

1 can mushrooms

Directions

Combine all in a 9x13 baking pan and cover tight with foil. Place in a preheated 350 oven for 2 hours-do not uncover. Let sit for 5 minutes. after removing from the oven.
