Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix everything together, in a 4 cup measuring cup.
  • I like a fluffy pancake so I use a little more milk, my Daddy always said he wanted a meal that stuck to his ribs, so Mom uses the 1 1/2 cups of milk. You decide.
  • Pre-heat the slillet so that when you drop a few drops of water on it they sizzle and vanish.
  • On my electric stove its between 5 and 6.
  • Pour enough pancake batter to form a 6 inch pancake into the pan.
  • Cook until the top is bubbly.
  • Flip, cook for another minute.
  • Serve with warm maple syrup or your own home made syrup.
  • Enjoy.

These were disappointing...I don't think the people who rated these made them before doing so. Maybe it was all the baking soda ??
