Debs Red Hot Chili Recipe

Ingredients

3 lb Ground Beef

1 lg Onion, chopped.

3 cloves Garlic, chopped.

1 lg can Diced Tomatoes

1 lg can Tomato Juice.

3 cans [14.5 oz] Red Kidney Beans, drained.

2 cans [14.5 oz] Seasoned Chili Beans

1 small can Green Chilis

1 pkg HOT McCormick's Chili Seasoning

1 pkg REG Mccormick's Chili Seasoning

1 can [12 oz] dark beer.

1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated.

Directions

Saute onions and garlic until lightly browned and translucent.

Brown beef in skillet, drain and put in large pot with onion and garlic.

Stir in all the other ingredients except beer and cheese.

Add 1/2 can of beer.

Simmer a couple of hours until beans are tender while drinking the other half of the beer.

Serve with a sprinkle of grated cheese.

Sounds good to me dugger, hubby does not like beans in his chili, but then, he's from Texas... I like beans so I'll love this one..
