How to make it

  • Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks, set aside.
  • In a bowl, mash yolks.
  • Add mayo, horseradish, dill, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper - mix well.
  • Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Refrigerate until served.

    i love horseradish.. grate my own,fresh, whenever a recipe calls for horseradish. always have a root in my crisper drawer. and deviled eggs are one of my indulgences.. a 5, all the way!

    This sounds really great, we love deviled eggs, I always have to make twice as many to make sure that there is enough to go around. Thanks for the great post, I book marked it and will try it this weekend.
