Horseradish Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs

1/4 cup mayo

1 - 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/4 tsp ground mustard

1/8 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

Dash of paprika

1 Tbsp grated onion (optional)

Directions

Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.

Remove yolks, set aside.

In a bowl, mash yolks.

Add mayo, horseradish, dill, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper - mix well.

Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Refrigerate until served.
