Drunken Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

12 prawns shelled

1 medium sized lime, juiced

1 pepper jalapeno pepper chopped

1 tablespoon garlic fresh chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro

2 shots cabo wabo tequila

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Marinate shrimp in remaining ingredients for about 20 minutes. Grill until done.

If cooked in a wok or skillet add some of the marinade at the last minute to deglaze the pan.
