This is the other recipe I made for Yule dinner. Its very simple, but my daughter might like to have it out here if she ever needs it and I am not here, so here it is....

Ingredients
  • 6 thin pork chops
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • -
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions
  1. Place pork chops in cake pan, season to taste.
  2. Bake at 350 f for 20 minutes.
  3. While it is baking Put the chopped onions into a pan on the stove with the oil and fry them until tehy are nice and brownish on the edges.
  4. Add the maple syrup and fry for a minute more.
  5. Put over the pork chops and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve.
