This is the recipe I used for Yule this year. Its different in taste for us but it was still good.

Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes, washed peeled, and sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, you can use splenda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix all of the above except pecans.
- Put into a [ie pan.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 350 f for 30 minutes.
