Normally my husband doesn't like breaded food, but this is not greasy, and it's so light and crispy, he loved it! One note to add: if the chicken breasts you are using are really thick and taking a long time to cook through, try butterflying them before dredging.

I never cook, and I made this last night for me and my wife. It was really good and pretty easy!

I messed up infusing the garlic the first time (the oil was too hot). I followed the instructions on this page, and just brought the heat down a lot on the second try: http://garlicster.blogspot.com/2008/10/how-to-make-garlic-infused-olive-oil.html

    Thanks for sharing!

Pretty tasty and VERY easy recipe. The chicken was juicy in the middle. Did not find it to be overly garlicky or anything. Will make this again!

I really enjoyed this chicken. It was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I love garlic so it was very tasty to me. Best of all it was really easy and used ingredients that I had on hand
