I really enjoyed this chicken. It was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I love garlic so it was very tasty to me. Best of all it was really easy and used ingredients that I had on hand

Pretty tasty and VERY easy recipe. The chicken was juicy in the middle. Did not find it to be overly garlicky or anything. Will make this again!

I messed up infusing the garlic the first time (the oil was too hot). I followed the instructions on this page, and just brought the heat down a lot on the second try: http://garlicster.blogspot.com/2008/10/how-to-make-garlic-infused-olive-oil.html
