Garlic Breaded Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

2 tsp chopped garlic

4 boneless, skinles chicken breast

1/4 cup dried bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Infuse the garlic in warn olive oil. In a separate dish, Mis the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken breasts in the garlic and olive oil mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until tender and cooked through.
