Chocholate Wet Cake

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 4 Tbs. cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list

- 2 Tbs. cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 3 Tbs. milk shopping list
- 1/2 box powdered sugar( about 2 cups ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 400F. don't chintz, make sure it's up to temp.
- grease a 9"x13" pan
- combine sugar and flour i a large mixing bowl
- in a heavy bottomed saucepan'bring butter,shorting,cocoa and water to a boil,then add to flour mixture
- add butter milk,vanilla,cinnamon and eggs to mixture, mix well
- batter will be thin and may splatter
- pour in prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes

- bring cocoa butter and milk to a boil
- pour into a mixing bowl and add powdered sugar until frosting is the desired concistancy. stir in chopped, if using.
- spread over cooled cake.
- cut into 24 pices-very rich so a little goes a long way
