How to make it

  • to make the wonton filling, mix all ingredients in one direction with a big wooden spoon
  • knead with the wooden spoon for at least 10 minutes
  • wrap 1 teaspoon of filling on each wonton skin
  • bring stockto the boil, add all the seasoning, add wontons cook for around 5 minutes, add celery, serve
