  • PREPARE RICE-A-RONI AS DIRECTED USING 2 1/2 CUPS WATER
  • PREPARE BROCOLLI IN 2-3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER (NO WATER)
  • PACK RICE-A-RONI IN BOTTOM OF 9X13 INCH CASSEROLE DISH
  • COVER WITH COOKED BROCCOLI
  • DRAIN CHILIS AND MIX WITH SOUR CREAM
  • COVER BROCCOLI WITH SOUR CREAM AND CHILIS
  • COVER GENEROUSLY WITH GRATED CHEESES
  • BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED

    I have a couple boxes of Rice-a-roni that seemed to have no purpose until now. I think I'll substitute something for the broccoli though, so I don't make my own hole in the ozone. This looks like a simple way to add yummy variety to the old dinner routine. Thanks for the posting.
