- 1 BX RICE-A-RONI (ANY FLAVOR)
- 1 BAG FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI
- 1 PINT SOUR CREAM
- 1 MEDIUM CAN MILD OR HOT CHILIS
- JACK AND CHEDDAR CHEESE
Directions
- PREPARE RICE-A-RONI AS DIRECTED USING 2 1/2 CUPS WATER
- PREPARE BROCOLLI IN 2-3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER (NO WATER)
- PACK RICE-A-RONI IN BOTTOM OF 9X13 INCH CASSEROLE DISH
- COVER WITH COOKED BROCCOLI
- DRAIN CHILIS AND MIX WITH SOUR CREAM
- COVER BROCCOLI WITH SOUR CREAM AND CHILIS
- COVER GENEROUSLY WITH GRATED CHEESES
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED

I have a couple boxes of Rice-a-roni that seemed to have no purpose until now. I think I'll substitute something for the broccoli though, so I don't make my own hole in the ozone. This looks like a simple way to add yummy variety to the old dinner routine. Thanks for the posting.
