Easy Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie

This is good any time of the year but in particular during the hot summers when you don't want to run your oven but want something sweet. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3oz. cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 8oz. frozen Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 1 pre-baked graham cracker pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese,
- peanut butter, sugar, and milk. Beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Freeze 4-6 hours. Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
