How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cut the wings into drumsticks. (save tips to make broth another time)
  • Combine parmesan, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, in a bowl.
  • Line shallow baking pan with foil (this will save you time cleaning)
  • Melt butter in shallow bowl
  • Dip drumstick in butter, roll in cheese mixture, place on sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour.

    That is exactly what I do with the tips of the chicken wings. I can't stand tossing them away. Thanks for your "chicken wing" recipe version.
