    I love the wasabi and ginger flavors. I'll remember that. But I like to cook salmon keeping the center translucent, medium rare.
    A suggestion for removing the skin: Put the refrigerated salmon under your broiler briefly before beginning your recipe. The skin will pull right off and you don't waste any salmon, or your time.

    MY daughter loves Wasabi.She use so much sometimes her eyes water.I ask why so much,and she says it taste so good.This will give her another excuse to use it.lol, thanks
