ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH PRAWNS Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • HEAT 1/2 BUTTER IN SAUTE PAN
  • FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER THE PRAWNS
  • SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN
  • ADD GARLIC, WINE, TOMATOS AND OLIVES
  • COOK UNTIL TOMATOS ARE TENDER
  • REMOVE THE PAN FROM HEAT
  • ADD REMAINING BUTTER AND STIR
  • COOK PASTA IN BOILING WATER AND DRAIN
  • ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • PLACE PASTA ON PLATE
  • SURROUND WITH PRAWNS
  • SPOON SAUCE ON PASTA
  • TOP WITH PARMESIAN CHEESE (OPTIONAL)
