Ingredients
  • 8-10 PRAWNS
  • 2 TBLS. FLOUR
  • 2 CLOVES MINCED
  • 5-6 OZ WHITE WINE
  • 10 CHERRY TOMATOS
  • 2 TBLS. BLACK OLIVES, SLICED
  • 4-6 OZ SOFT BUTTER
  • 8 OZ ANGEL HAIR PASTA
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
  1. HEAT 1/2 BUTTER IN SAUTE PAN
  2. FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER THE PRAWNS
  3. SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN
  4. ADD GARLIC, WINE, TOMATOS AND OLIVES
  5. COOK UNTIL TOMATOS ARE TENDER
  6. REMOVE THE PAN FROM HEAT
  7. ADD REMAINING BUTTER AND STIR
  8. COOK PASTA IN BOILING WATER AND DRAIN
  9. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  10. PLACE PASTA ON PLATE
  11. SURROUND WITH PRAWNS
  12. SPOON SAUCE ON PASTA
  13. TOP WITH PARMESIAN CHEESE (OPTIONAL)
