I really like this recipe..anything with sorbet and champagne has got to be good!
Ingredients
- 1 cup lime sorbet shopping list
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup vodka shopping list
- 1 bottle champagne (or Prosecco) shopping list
- lime slices, for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender add sorbet, cream, vodka and Champagne. Blend.
- Pour into Champagne flutes and garnish with a slice of lime.
