I really like this recipe..anything with sorbet and champagne has got to be good!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup lime sorbet
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 bottle Champagne (or Prosecco)
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Directions
  1. In a blender add sorbet, cream, vodka and Champagne. Blend.
  2. Pour into Champagne flutes and garnish with a slice of lime.
