Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

¾ C. AP Flour

¾ C. Milk

2 eggs, beaten

3/8 t. salt

¾ t. beef granules

Pan drippings from Prime Rib

Directions

DIRECTIONS:

Blend milk, eggs, flour and beef granules with whisk or in blender until smooth

Let sit for 15 – 20 min.

Whisk or blend again.

Heat skillet with 2 – 3 T. drippings @ 450 for 10 minutes.

Add mixture and bake for 8 min.

Turn skillet 90 degrees and continue baking for 8 more min.

Ready to serve when puffed to double the size.

Serve along side prime rib and top pudding with au jus.
