How to make it

  • DIRECTIONS:
  • Blend milk, eggs, flour and beef granules with whisk or in blender until smooth
  • Let sit for 15 – 20 min.
  • Whisk or blend again.
  • Heat skillet with 2 – 3 T. drippings @ 450 for 10 minutes.
  • Add mixture and bake for 8 min.
  • Turn skillet 90 degrees and continue baking for 8 more min.
  • Ready to serve when puffed to double the size.
  • Serve along side prime rib and top pudding with au jus.
