Ingredients
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • ¾ C. AP Flour
  • ¾ C. Milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/8 t. salt
  • ¾ t. beef granules
  • Pan drippings from Prime Rib

Directions
  1. DIRECTIONS:
  2. Blend milk, eggs, flour and beef granules with whisk or in blender until smooth
  3. Let sit for 15 – 20 min.
  4. Whisk or blend again.
  5. Heat skillet with 2 – 3 T. drippings @ 450 for 10 minutes.
  6. Add mixture and bake for 8 min.
  7. Turn skillet 90 degrees and continue baking for 8 more min.
  8. Ready to serve when puffed to double the size.
  9. Serve along side prime rib and top pudding with au jus.
