How to make it
- Blend milk, eggs, flour and beef granules with whisk or in blender until smooth
- Let sit for 15 – 20 min.
- Whisk or blend again.
- Heat skillet with 2 – 3 T. drippings @ 450 for 10 minutes.
- Add mixture and bake for 8 min.
- Turn skillet 90 degrees and continue baking for 8 more min.
- Ready to serve when puffed to double the size.
- Serve along side prime rib and top pudding with au jus.
