Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of miniature marshmallows
  • 1 12 ounce package of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons of Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 11 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of finest quality orange marmalade

Directions
  1. Prepare a nine inch square baking pan by lining it with foil and grease it well. Set aside.
  2. In a medium heavy-duty sauce pan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil for five minutes, stirring all the while.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in marshmallows, 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips, Grand Marnier and nuts.
  7. Stir in vigorously 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
  8. Pour into foil-lined pan. Smooth top. Chill.
  9. In a small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and marmalade.
  10. Beat on medium speed 1 minute until smooth. Spread over chilled fudge.
  11. Microwave the remaining 1/2 of chocolate chips in a heavy duty plastic food bag on medium to high power for 45 seconds; knead until smooth and completely melted.
  12. Cut a tiny corner from the bag; squeeze to drizzle chocolate over the fudge.
  13. Chill to set chocolate.
  14. Cut into squares.
  15. Should make about 6 dozen pieces. Figure two per person a serving.

Oh thank you for the recipe! I haven't tried adding fruit spreads to a fudge before. This is a really unique recipe!


I'm guessing the serving sizes are very small??
