Party Pineapple Pecan Jalapeno Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained well

2 cups chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

2 tablespoons chopped onion

2 teaspoons minced jalapenos (in jar), can add more, less, or omit

1 scant tablespoon seasoned salt (Lawry's)

Dash cayenne (optional)

Fresh spinach leaves

Directions

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, *1 cup* of the pecans, green pepper, onion, jalapenos, seasoned salt

Mix well

Shape the misture into a ball

Roll in the remaining *1 cup* of pecans

Sprinkle with cayenne

Refrigerate overnight

Place on bed of fresh spinach leaves

Serve with crackers

Oh, so good!
