Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1 large container of mushrooms, capped & washed

1 stick melted butter

1/2 lb imitation crab meat, chopped fine

1/2 c bread crumbs

4 oz softened cream cheeze

1/2 t. garlic powder

2 T mayo

1 cup Parmesan cheeze

1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheeze

Directions

melt better in 9x13 pan. Mix all incredients together well & stuff mushrooms.Place mushrooms in pan.Top with additional mozzarella cheeze and bake at 375 for approx. 30 mins.

I used this tonight to stuff some mini sweet peppers to throw on the grill. I added some finely chopped onion and a little tabasco and left out the bread crumbs, and it was so yummy!! Thanks for the recipe (we have some left over that we will eat as dip on crackers, YUM!)
