Easy Chocolate Cashew Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon shortening-optional

2 cups unsalted or lightly salted cashews-whole or very roughly chopped.

Directions

In a small saucepan over medium low heat,combine chocolate chips and shortening.

Stir constantly until melted.

Remove from heat immediately and let stand for 5 minutes.

Add cashews and stir until well coated.

Drop in tablespoons onto wax paper lined cookie sheet.

Chill until set.

If using microwave to melt chocolate,shortening may be omitted.

Keep refridgerated.
