Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan .
  2. Whisk in the milk
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly
  4. Cook until mixture thickens
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Stir in butter butter and vanilla until incorporated well
  7. Serve over biscuits with butter on top
