Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups milk
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Whisk all the dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan .
- Whisk in the milk
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly
- Cook until mixture thickens
- Remove from heat
- Stir in butter butter and vanilla until incorporated well
- Serve over biscuits with butter on top
