How to make it

  • Cut potatoes in half & scoop out middle.
  • combine all ingredients & mix with mixer.
  • Re-stuff potatoes in skin & top with additional cheddar cheeze
  • Optional: sometimes I cook real bacon medium & put slices on top of each potatoe
  • Bake 350 for about 30 minutes

    My husband's grandma used to make this for him. I have never made it nor even asked her for the recipe because I don't like peppers but now I just might surprise him and make this for him. :o)
