Chicken Reuben Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

32 oz sauerkraut (jar or bag) rinsed and drained

1 cup russian dressing

6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinless

2 tbsp prepared mustard

1 cup swiss cheese, shredded

Directions

Layer half the sauerkraut in the bottom of the crockpot.

Pour 1/3 of the dressing over it; place 3 chicken breasts on top and spread with 1 tbsp of the mustard.

Top with remaining sauerkraut, chicken breasts and mustard; pour another 1/3 of the dressing over all. Reserve the remaining 1/3 of dressing for serving.

Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Sprinkle swiss cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with reserved dressing.
