Chicken Reuben Casserole Recipe
New twist of old classic. I have a Russian dressing recipe listed if you can't find it.

Ingredients
  • 32 oz sauerkraut (jar or bag) rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup russian dressing
  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinless
  • 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded

Directions
  1. Layer half the sauerkraut in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour 1/3 of the dressing over it; place 3 chicken breasts on top and spread with 1 tbsp of the mustard.
  3. Top with remaining sauerkraut, chicken breasts and mustard; pour another 1/3 of the dressing over all. Reserve the remaining 1/3 of dressing for serving.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Sprinkle swiss cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with reserved dressing.
