Chicken Reuben Casserole

- 32 oz sauerkraut (jar or bag) rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 cup russian dressing shopping list
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinless shopping list
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Layer half the sauerkraut in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour 1/3 of the dressing over it; place 3 chicken breasts on top and spread with 1 tbsp of the mustard.
- Top with remaining sauerkraut, chicken breasts and mustard; pour another 1/3 of the dressing over all. Reserve the remaining 1/3 of dressing for serving.
- Cover and cook on low for about 5 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender. Sprinkle swiss cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with reserved dressing.
