How to make it

  • In large skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil. Add onion, green pepper and rosemary sprigs.
  • Saute over medium heat until onion is softened.
  • Stir in mustard, honey and kielbasa.
  • Pour cola over all. Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to low and cook, uncovered, until liquid is absorbed and sausages are glazed. STIR OFTEN!
  • Remove rosemary. Transfer to serving bowl.
  • Serve with toothpicks and crackers.
