I just made this after Christmas and I made a side of stir-fried vegetables and rice to go with it. Get a little heavy handed with the soy sauce for a really good flavor - but be careful. No salt is needed when soy sauce is used. Read more See less

Ingredients

3/4-cup unsweetened apple juice shopping list
2-tbspn sugar shopping list
2-tbspn. soy sauce shopping list
1-tspn ginger shopping list
1/4-tspn garlic powder shopping list
1/8-tspn. black pepper shopping list
1 pork loin roast (3-4 lbs) shopping list

How to make it

Combine the seasonings. Put the roast into a crockpot lined with a crockpot cooking bag. Pour the seasoning mixture over the roast. Cook on low for 10 hours.
