Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tube (12 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits seperated into 10 biscuits
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 10 teaspoons strawberry preserves.

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Dip top and sides of biscuits in butter, then in cinnamon-sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. With the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a deep indentation in the center of each biscuit; fill with 1 teaspoon preserves.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving(preserves will be hot).
  3. Yield 10 servings.

My wife made these with Lemon Curd instead of Strawberry Preserves and I have to say they were Excellent! Keep the Lemon Curd handy and refill the indentations when taking out of the oven and allow to cool.

These look great. Bookmarked your recipe. Thanks for posting. :)

I bet these would be good with raspberry too....or a little bit of all the flavors because I'll have trouble just choosing one! Thanks!

Must try these.
