Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Dip top and sides of biscuits in butter, then in cinnamon-sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. With the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a deep indentation in the center of each biscuit; fill with 1 teaspoon preserves.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving(preserves will be hot).
  • Yield 10 servings.
  • Thanks to Lone Burham from Washington, Iowa and the Taste of Home 5-ingredient cookbook

I bet these would be good with raspberry too....or a little bit of all the flavors because I'll have trouble just choosing one! Thanks!

My wife made these with Lemon Curd instead of Strawberry Preserves and I have to say they were Excellent! Keep the Lemon Curd handy and refill the indentations when taking out of the oven and allow to cool.
