How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9x13 with non stick spray - pam.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in one bowl, set aside.
  • Combine butter through vanilla in another bowl and mix with electric mixer till smooth and fluffy.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet and mix just till incorporated. Add dried fruit.
  • Spreak mixture evenly into prepared pan, bake for 20-25 min. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
