This is a staple here in the Rio Grande Valley... A must at partys and just for lunch!
Ingredients
- 24 corn tortillas shopping list
- 3 cups cooked chicken I have used left over turkey and rotiss chicken shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- cumin and chili powder to taste... We like more cumin than chili shopping list
- oil to fry shopping list
- U can add some chopped fresh jalapeno if you want shopping list
How to make it
- Shred chicken
- Season
- Place at one end of tortilla
- Roll
- Secure with toothpick
- Deep fry until brown
- We like to serve with salsa and sour cream
- These are soooooo easy and tasty!

I went to the store yesterday but forgot to get tortillas!!!!!!!!!! I have leftover roast in fridge that I was going to fix that way.
