How to make it

  • marinade fish with soy sauce and minced garlic
  • deep fried until golden brown and crisp
  • my friend said that if you add alittle salt in the oil, your fish won't stick to the wok
  • mix chilli sauce with lemon juice chilli and coriander
  • pour over fish, serve
