Mexican Grilled Cheese Recipe

I make these for the kids... they like better than regular grilled cheese. They don't go for the hot peppers.. us adults do!

Ingredients
- 24 corn tortillas... I have used flour... but have to butter each one
- 8 oz cheese.. adults like Monterrey Jack, kids like American
- 12 pieces green chili peppers... we like fresh... cut length wise thin!
- 3/4 cup salsa... like pace Mild
Directions
- Divide cheese among tortillas
- A little of the peppers... it is hot!
- Add a spoonful of the sala
- Fold over and sucure with toothpicks
- Fry in a buttered skillet turning often until crisp and cheese is melted...
- Hand out napkins!

Ive got to where I roll up my sandwich meats in a tortilla and eat them..... this sounds like a great idea.... considering i love a good grilled cheese..
