Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place beans, bell pepper, onion, scallions, vinegar, cilantro, chipotle chile, cumin, chili powder, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a stell blade, and process until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
  • Add some of the bean liquid if necessry to get the proper consistency
  • Transfer to medium bowl, and stir in cheese
  • Garnish with chives
  • Serve with crackers, corn chips or tortilla chips

    YUMMY! I love smoked cheeses (though my musband & daughter will pass on them...) and this dip sounds SSSOOOOO good that I just might be able to convert the two of them :) Thanks for posting this, Sparow :)
