My mom made this and I altered through the years. She made with a home made crust. It sounds weird but is oh so good!

Ingredients
  • 1 large container of cottage cheese (I think 12 oz? always just know)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 roll refridgerated biscuits

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown Hamburger and drain
  3. Take 9 in pie plate and spray with pam.
  4. Take biscuits and form into plate covering completly.
  5. Spread hamburger on bottom of pie crust
  6. Drain and rinse cottage cheese
  7. Mix together egg, parmesan, and cottage cheese.
  8. Pour cottage cheese mixture over top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes
  10. This will not get real brown. Best to have clear pie plate to watch the crust.
