How to make it

  • Beat the eggs and Sugar.
  • Add the milk,flour,and rice flour,blend well.
  • add sesame seeds,colour.
  • In a heavy bottomed pan,heat the oil and dip the mould.( The mould should be very hot so that the cookies will come out from the mould when you dip it in the oil.)
  • Dip the mould in the batter,and dip it in oil.
  • Shake the mould after2-3 seconds,the cookie will fall in the pan.
  • fry till light golden
  • repeat the same,with the remaining batter.

    Us Italian guys (hehe) have a similar one but many different molds that attach..I have none like that ..anyhow you get my ^5. I sprinkle with confectioners suger and they are good! Thanks

    Very interesting. I love the ingredients here your using. I don't have any molds, I'm one of those people who love to cook but don't have many great gadgets. Finally just got a kitchen aid mixer. I'm sure though the molds can be found right through Amazon, you can find anything there.

    I have got the molds one year ago Iffyo,but I failed in the dipping step and frying.May be it is time to make it again...Making it with such neat look indicates that you are becomming a profettional...Any chocolate dipping?? ;)

    I love these! There is a similar recipe from Norway. When they are made "Norwegian" style, a little confectioners' sugar is sprinkled over the tops. Now you've done it. My family will be happy to know that I'll be in the kitchen for awhile LOL The results are always appreciated. Thank you Iffyo for this recipe!!! You deserve a "5"
